Delete your account

Delete from inside the app

You can delete your account at any time, directly in the UAE Cars app:

• Open the UAE Cars app and sign in.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Open Help & Support (or Settings).
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and associated data are permanently removed once you confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email info@uae.cars from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify ownership and process the request.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and account details (name, email, phone number).
• Your car listings and the photos you uploaded.
• Your saved / favourite listings.
• Your in-app messages and conversations.
• Your app activity and analytics identifiers tied to your account.

What may be retained

After you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. We may retain a limited subset of records for longer only where required to comply with legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations. Retained records are kept only for as long as the law requires and are then deleted.
